That's okay! We encourage you to make as many as you can, but we know that everyone has busy lives and things happen. We do ask that you at least make the Sunday morning practice at 8:45am to perform in the Worship Service that follows immediately after. If you can't make it on Sunday, don't worry, just come back for the next practice! 

This is a great place to get your toes wet! You can always watch some YouTube videos of what it's like to be in a choir, but basically, show up on time, get the music in our choir room, listen for directions, and most importantly — try! Even if you don't read music you can still join in. We even have singers who just come to weekly choir rehearsals to improve their skills and learn the ropes. Sometimes they end up singing on Sundays, sometimes not. It’s all good. All are welcome!

While we strive for beauty and excellence in our music-making, we also prioritize an environment of encouragement and welcome! We have professional Section Leaders who are there to guide and support, and many long-time members who will happily answer questions. You can always just try it out once or twice and see if you like it. (We think you will!)

Wear your regular clothes to choir practices. We'll provide you with a blue robe and white stole (the thing that goes around your neck) for worship services.
