Please submit your Ministry-related events below
at least one month before the event date. It takes Calvary staff about two weeks to get the event on the calendar and marketing materials created, and the latter two weeks to promote the event. The more time we have, the better!
If you need to update an event with different details, please resubmit the event with the new details and check the "update" box. Thank you – we appreciate you!!

For safety purposes, anyone who does not consent to social media photo usage, please do not include their photo or pre-crop them out of the photo.
Please add a folder for the event with the naming protocol like so:
