In order to participate fully in the meeting, you must register.
Given the global pandemic, the congregational meeting to call Calvary’s new Pastor and Head of Staff will be hosted fully online. All Calvary members are invited to participate online, which will include the ability to ask questions as well as vote. In developing this approach, we took lessons from the Presbytery of San Francisco, which has been conducting Presbytery meetings over Zoom, and another congregation that has hosted an online congregational meeting.
Important notes: (1) In order to participate fully in the meeting, you must register as each person will get a unique link to enable integrity in the voting. Please read these instructions carefully. (2) For those without a computer, tablet or smartphone, you will be able to call in but there are participation limitations — see information in the Other Questions section on page 10. (3) If you already have Zoom on your device, be sure to check that your Zoom is up-to-date before Sunday, June 14th We want as many members of the Calvary community to join as possible. We have created this “How To” Resource Guide for the Zoom Meeting tool, which is the platform we will use for the meeting. After reading this guide, if you need additional support prior to the meeting, please email email@example.com for assistance. Anyone who is part of the Calvary community is welcome to attend, but only Calvary members may ask questions and vote.
