This Fall at Calvary: Becoming a Truly Welcoming Church: Racism and the Church image

The Education Commission of Calvary is proud to present a series of Sunday Morning Seminars – “Becoming a Truly Welcoming Church”

The first series – “Racism and the Church,” will ask tough, important questions: How do we ask biblical questions about race and culture? How does the history of African-Americans affect their status today? Do white people benefit from a racist system? Does the Asian community experience racism? What is the experience of bi-racial families in San Francisco? What can Calvary do to help and not hinder?
