The San Francisco Black-Jewish (& Allies) Unity Group invites you to attend our fourth Forum on Racial and Economic Justice: Beyond Us vs Them
Following the highly attended “In Defense of Democracy” forum on July 26, the San Francisco Black-Jewish (&Allies) Unity Group will reconvene on the topics of voting and democratic participation for a keynote by Matt Morrison, Executive Director of Working America, and updates from the leaders who presented in July. In this Forum, individuals will learn how we all can “answer the call” to increase voter registration and participation, both in battleground states and in our backyards.
In our increasingly divided political climate, the San Francisco Black-Jewish-(and Allies) Unity Group will use a virtual forum to spark discussion among diverse groups. We want to inform, build bridges and community, promote greater democratic participation, and turn back the tide of voter suppression.
Call to Action: Inspire more people to get involved in initiatives that increase voter registration and participation in battleground states, as well as counties, and municipalities in our own backyards.
All are welcome!
